Website development in Tashkent
A website is a sales tool. We build turnkey websites for businesses in Tashkent: landing pages, corporate websites, catalogs and online stores. Structure, design, copywriting, development, SEO, analytics and lead delivery to your CRM.
Turnkey website development for businesses in Tashkent
TIPA is a Tashkent team that has been building websites for companies, clinics, restaurants, manufacturers and service businesses for 4 years. In that time we have delivered more than 200 websites. We handle the whole project: we plan the structure around search queries, design, write the copy, develop, connect analytics and send leads to your CRM. The result is a website that explains your product and brings in enquiries, not just a pretty storefront.
Website development in Tashkent costs 5.9M UZS for a landing page, 11.9M UZS for a company website of up to 7 pages and 14.9M UZS for a catalog. Online stores start at 19.9M UZS, and web services are quoted per project. You can get a rough estimate in our website cost calculator, and we break down what drives the price in our article "How much a website costs in Uzbekistan" (both in Russian).
We build every website in Russian and Uzbek and add English when needed. We connect the local payment systems Payme and Click, work under contracts in UZS and meet in person. Technical SEO is built in at the structure stage, so the website is ready for promotion in Google and Yandex from day one.

Website + artificial intelligence.
More than a website, an operating system: AI analyzes visitor behavior, a bot collects leads and everything is logged in your CRM automatically. A request becomes a task in seconds.
Behavior scenarios
Heatmaps, scroll maps, events in Yandex Metrica and GA4. AI finds where you lose clients and highlights hypotheses for A/B tests.
A fully automated sales assistant
A bot on your website and in Telegram replies 24/7 in your brand voice, qualifies the lead, books a slot in the calendar and logs it in the CRM.
CRM, ERP, 1C, telephony
A website should be a hub, not an island. We connect Taska/Bitrix24/AmoCRM, inventory, POS, payments and notifications in WhatsApp and Telegram.
Website development stages and timelines
A landing page takes from 1-2 weeks, a corporate website from 3-5 weeks and an online store from 4-8 weeks. The timeline depends on scope and how quickly approvals happen.
Brief and audit
We study your business, product, audience and competitors, then sum up the website hypothesis in one sentence.
Prototype and UX
A screen map and a low-fi prototype in Figma. Approval takes 1-2 meetings, with all edits handled in one round.
Design
Final UI with a component system, all button states and animations.
Development
Frontend, backend and integrations. Daily 15-minute stand-ups, with project status visible in real time.
Testing
Cross-browser and mobile testing, speed checks, an SEO audit and load tests.
Launch
Moving the site to your domain and setting up SSL, analytics and monitoring. Celebratory coffee.

What affects the cost of a website
A landing page is one screen built around one action. A corporate website includes service pages, case studies, an about page, contacts and a blog. Each service page is a separate entry point from search.
If copy and photos are ready, the work is faster and cheaper. If not, we prepare them ourselves: copywriting, photo shoots, illustrations.
Uzbek and English versions mean separate copy and separate page URLs, not an auto-translate button.
A product catalog, filters, a cart, Payme and Click payments and a customer account all add to the development scope.
CRM, 1C, telephony, a Telegram bot, delivery. We estimate each integration separately.
Tight deadlines require more people working in parallel. If materials are ready in advance, it is easier to speed things up.
You can get a rough estimate in our website cost calculator (in Russian).

Questions about website development
How much does website development cost in Tashkent?+
A landing page costs 5.9M UZS, a company website of up to 7 pages 11.9M, a product catalog without online payment 14.9M, and an online store with Click and Payme starts at 19.9M UZS. An extra language costs 1.5M, and website support is 900K UZS a month. Web services are quoted per project. We confirm the final price after a short brief.
How long does it take to build a turnkey website?+
A landing page takes from 1-2 weeks, a corporate website from 3-5 weeks and an online store from 4-8 weeks. The timeline depends on the number of pages and how quickly approvals happen: if copy, photos and access are ready in advance, we launch sooner.
Landing page or multi-page website: which should I choose?+
A landing page works when you sell one service and your ads lead to a single action. A multi-page website is the better choice if you offer several services and want clients from search, because each service needs its own page. We compare both options in detail in our article "Landing page or multi-page website" (in Russian).
What do you need from us to get started?+
A short brief: what your company does, who your clients are, which services you sell, examples of websites you like and your preferred deadline. Copy, photos and a logo can be prepared together with us. You will find a template in our article on writing a website brief.
Do you build websites in Uzbek and English?+
Yes. We build Russian and Uzbek versions and add English when needed. Each language version gets its own URL and hreflang markup so that search engines show it to the right audience. We write copy for local search instead of relying on machine translation.
Will the website rank in Google and Yandex?+
Technical SEO is part of development: a structure based on search demand, separate service pages, metadata, Schema.org, a sitemap, fast loading and a mobile version. Ongoing promotion after launch is a separate SEO service.
What technologies do you use?+
By default we use React and Next.js: custom code that belongs to you. Simple landing pages can be built on Webflow or Framer. We use WordPress or Bitrix only when the project requires it.
Can you connect Payme, Click and a CRM?+
Yes. We connect Payme, Click, Uzcard and Humo, send leads to Taska, Bitrix24 or AmoCRM and set up Telegram notifications. Complex 1C integrations are estimated separately after an audit.
How does payment work, and do you sign a contract?+
We work under a contract with our legal entity in Uzbekistan, with prices in UZS. Payment is made in stages: an advance at the start and the rest after each stage is accepted. The scope of work and deadlines are fixed in the estimate.
What happens after launch?+
For the first 30-90 days after launch we fix bugs and make small edits. After that, support is billed hourly or by subscription: updates, improvements, speed and security monitoring. We describe what support usually includes in a separate article.
Can you build a website faster than usual?+
Sometimes, yes, if materials are ready and the scope is agreed from day one. We will give you a realistic timeline after the brief. For a landing page, plan on 1-2 weeks.
How many websites have you built?+
Our agency has been working for 4 years and has built more than 200 websites in that time: landing pages, corporate websites, catalogs, online stores and web services. Some of these projects, with results, are in our case studies section.
Do you meet in person?+
Yes, our office is in Tashkent. The brief, design presentation and handover can take place at our office, at yours or online.
