SEO agency in Tashkent
Search, maps and AI answers. We grow websites of Tashkent companies in Google and Yandex, rank business listings in Google Maps, Yandex Maps and 2GIS, and work on getting ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Alice to mention you in their answers. Russian, Uzbek and English search.
Search engine optimization and generative engine optimization in Uzbekistan
Your clients look for you in three places: Google and Yandex search, maps (Google Maps, Yandex Maps, 2GIS) and now AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Alice. Our SEO service covers all three in one plan: a technical audit, keyword research, service pages, map listings, mentions on trusted sources and regular tracking of AI answers.
SEO and maps cost 4.9M UZS per month. First we check which queries your site already shows up for, which pages get clicks and where leads end up. Then we send a task list and an estimate. We explain what goes into an SEO budget in our article "SEO pricing in Uzbekistan" (in Russian).
No one can honestly guarantee a ranking: algorithms and competitors are outside our control. We put the scope of work, deadlines and the metrics we use to judge results into the contract and report every month.
What our SEO service includes
Six workstreams that reinforce each other. We fix the exact scope in the estimate after the audit.
Technical SEO
Indexing, speed, mobile version, canonical tags, sitemap, robots.txt, duplicates, Core Web Vitals. A prioritized list of issues and a check of every fix.
Keyword research
Queries in Russian and Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic script), plus English when needed. Clusters mapped to pages: one page per client task.
Content and pages
Service pages, catalog, answers to client questions and articles from a content plan. Your experts supply the facts, we shape and verify them.
Local SEO
Google Business Profile, Yandex Business and 2GIS: categories, address, hours, photos, services, review replies and the same data everywhere.
Links and mentions
Directories, industry media and partners. No link farms or gray schemes: we agree on the source, cost and purpose of every paid placement in advance.
GEO
Structured data, consistent company facts, citable content and monthly tracking of mentions in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Alice.
Classic search and AI answers
More and more people ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Alice before they open a list of links. So we optimize your site for both at once.

How we do generative engine optimization
Six workstreams. Each of them also helps regular search.
Structured data
Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Article and BreadcrumbList in JSON-LD. We mark up only what is visible on the page, otherwise markup hurts trust.
Consistent company data
Name, address, phone, hours and legal entity (NAP) match across your website, Google Business Profile, Yandex Business, 2GIS and directories. AI models trust facts that agree across several sources.
Mentions and citations
Directory profiles, industry media articles, partner pages and reviews. Models lean on sources that confirm each other.
Research pages
Your own data with a period, sample, method, limitations and a CSV file. Pages like these are easy to cite. Example: our open Search Console SEO baseline.
Access for AI crawlers
Ready HTML that does not wait for JavaScript, a sitemap, a robots.txt with a clear decision on AI search bots and an llms.txt file listing key pages. This helps discovery but does not guarantee citations.
Answer first
Pages that answer the question right away: prices, timelines and terms in the text, comparison tables, FAQs and an update date. No invented numbers just to get quoted.
GEO (generative engine optimization) is the work of getting AI assistants to mention your company and link to your site when they answer a question. Classic SEO competes for a spot in a list of links; GEO competes to become the source of the answer. The foundation is shared: a site crawlers can read, clear pages and verifiable facts.
We do the same on our own site: tipa.uz has an llms.txt file, structured data across the site and an open research page with a CSV. Our method is described in "GEO audit: how to check brand visibility in AI", and there is a dedicated AI search visibility page (all in Russian).
Maps: Google, Yandex and 2GIS
For a business with an office, kitchen or storefront, maps often bring more calls than the website. What affects your place in local results:
Listing completeness
Accurate category, address, phone, hours, photos, description, services and prices.
Reviews and rating
Rating, number and freshness of reviews, owner replies. We never buy reviews: we set up how to ask real clients for them.
Proximity
Distance from where the search happens. It matters but cannot be controlled directly.
User actions
Clicks, calls and route requests. Good photos and accurate hours lead to more actions.
NAP in directories
The same name, address and phone in 2GIS, directories and on your website.
Checklists for each platform: Google Business Profile, Yandex Business, 2GIS. If you only need maps, see the dedicated local SEO page (all in Russian).
Multilingual SEO
People in Tashkent search in several languages, and each language has its own queries.
Russian
Most commercial search demand in Tashkent. Separate pages for each service and district where demand justifies it.
Uzbek
Its own queries, not translated Russian ones: Latin and Cyrillic script and colloquial forms such as "seo xizmati". A native speaker writes the copy, not machine translation.
English
For exporters, tourism, international companies and expats in Tashkent. We add it when there is demand and someone to answer the leads.
Language setup
A separate URL for each version, hreflang, self-canonical, markup and map listings in the right languages. No duplicates or mixed-language pages.
More in our article "Multilingual SEO: RU, UZ and EN without duplicates" (in Russian).

How we grow tipa.uz
When we moved tipa.uz to React/Vite, we prerendered every indexable page as ready HTML, cleaned up canonical tags, redirects and the sitemap, and put every release through an automated SEO check that blocks deployment on critical errors. Project write-up (in Russian).
Figures above: Google Search Console, 30 Apr to 29 Jul 2026 (July is a partial month). The open SEO baseline has the method and a CSV (in Russian). These are our own site's numbers, not a forecast for yours.
Stages and timelines

Questions about SEO and GEO
How much does SEO cost in Tashkent?+
SEO and maps (Google, Yandex, 2GIS) cost 4.9M UZS per month. A marketing audit costs 2.9M UZS one-off and counts toward the first month; a 3-month strategy costs 9.9M UZS. We fix the scope after the audit: the price depends on the number of pages, languages, competition in your niche and who makes changes to the site. We work under a contract in UZS.
When will we see the first results?+
As a guide: first changes on maps in 4-6 weeks, first movement in Google and Yandex search in 3-4 months and steady growth from 6 months. Timelines depend on the state of the site, competition and how fast fixes are implemented.
Do you guarantee a #1 or top-10 ranking?+
No. Rankings depend on Google and Yandex algorithms and on what competitors do, so no one can honestly guarantee them. The contract fixes the scope of work, implementation deadlines and metrics: impressions, clicks, rankings for an agreed query list and organic leads.
What is generative engine optimization and how is it different from SEO?+
Generative engine optimization (GEO) is the work of getting ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Alice, Yandex Neuro and Google AI Overviews to mention your company and link to your site. SEO competes for a spot in a list of links; GEO competes to be the source of the answer. The foundation is shared: a crawlable site, clear pages and verifiable facts.
Can you guarantee we will appear in ChatGPT answers?+
No. AI answers vary by model, search mode, language and wording. We raise the odds: we make company facts consistent and verifiable, publish content that is easy to cite and measure results every month against the same prompt set.
How do you measure visibility in AI answers?+
We build a set of 20-40 prompts: choosing a contractor, prices, comparisons, local questions in Russian and Uzbek and brand fact checks. Every month we run it in the chosen AI systems and log the date, system, language, answer and sources. We track the share of answers that mention you, factual accuracy and links, plus referrals from ChatGPT, Perplexity and other services in your analytics.
Do you work with both Google and Yandex?+
Yes. Both search engines are used in Uzbekistan, so we rely on Google Search Console and Yandex Webmaster data and work separately on local results in Google Maps, Yandex Maps and 2GIS.
Do you do SEO in Uzbek and English?+
Yes. Each language version gets its own URL, hreflang and copy written for queries in that language. For Uzbek we cover both Latin and Cyrillic script. People write the copy; we do not use machine translation.
Can we order map promotion only?+
Yes, this is a common choice for restaurants, clinics, salons and shops. Maps on Google Business Profile, Yandex Business and 2GIS are part of the SEO and maps plan at 4.9M UZS per month; details are on the Local SEO page.
Do you buy links?+
Not from link exchanges. We look for relevant placements: directories, industry media and partners. We agree on the source, cost and purpose of every paid placement with you in advance. Gray schemes give a short-lived effect and a risk of penalties.
Who writes the content and who changes the website?+
Our SEO editors write the content, your experts supply the facts and every piece is fact-checked. We make technical changes ourselves if we have access, or we set tasks with acceptance criteria for your developer.
How do we get started?+
Send us your website address, priority services and regions. You give access to Search Console, Yandex Webmaster and analytics, we run an audit and send a task list and an estimate. The contract is with TIPA AGENCY LLC, payment is in UZS and our office is in Tashkent.
