Branding agency in Tashkent: logo, brandbook, naming
A brand is a system, not a picture. Logo design, brand identity, brandbooks, naming, rebranding and brand strategy for businesses in Tashkent. We carry the identity straight onto your website, social media, print, merch and signage.
Branding for businesses in Tashkent, from name to brandbook
TIPA is an agency in Tashkent. For us, branding is not a pretty picture: it is how your business looks and sounds in a customer's mind. We design logos, build brand identities and brandbooks, create names for new companies and products, and rebrand existing businesses without losing what people already recognize.
Branding costs 12.9M UZS in the Simple package, 29.9M UZS in Business and from 49.9M UZS in Custom. A logo on its own costs 9.9M UZS, and naming 7.9M UZS. We explain what a brand identity includes and what drives the price in our article "Brand Identity: what it includes and what it costs" (in Russian).
We test every brand in Russian, Uzbek and English: how the name sounds, how fonts handle Cyrillic, Latin and Uzbek characters. Then we put the identity to work right away: website, social media, business cards, menus, merch and signage come from one team.
What's included in branding
You can order a single piece, such as a logo or a name, or the full path from strategy to applications.
Logo design
A vector mark and logo: primary version, monochrome, inverted and an icon for social media and the website. It reads on a storefront and in a tiny avatar.
Brand identity
Colors, fonts, graphics, patterns and the rules for combining them. Templates for posts, stories, business cards, menus and presentations, so the business looks the same no matter who makes the layout.
Brandbook
A 30+ page guide in PDF and Figma: logo and clear space, palette, typography, tone of voice, do and don't examples. The style stays consistent as the team grows.
Naming
A name for a company, product or product line: strategy, 15-30 options, and checks for pronunciation in RU/UZ/EN, domains and trademarks.
Brand strategy
Positioning, how you differ from competitors in Tashkent, the key message and tone of voice. This is the base for website, SMM and ad copy.
Rebranding
We refresh an existing brand and decide what to keep for recognition and what to replace. A light restyle or a full rebuild, depending on the task.
Print and merch
Business cards, letterheads, menus, packaging, signage, T-shirts, hoodies and tote bags. We prepare the artwork and hand it to production with print-ready colors.
Digital applications
Social media avatars and templates, email signature, favicon, covers and presentations. The website and ads pick up the same style.
Brand development stages and timelines
Each stage builds on the previous one and ends with an approval. A logo takes 2-3 weeks, a brand identity 2-4 weeks, and a brandbook with strategy from 4-6 weeks.
Research
An audit of the market, competitors and target audience in Tashkent. Values workshop and interviews with your team and clients.
Strategy
Brand platform: mission, positioning, tone of voice and key message. If you need a name, naming happens at this stage.
Concept
Three visual directions with moodboards and sketches. We pick one and refine it, with no endless "let's see a few more".
Identity
The logo in all variations, brand colors (CMYK, RGB, HEX, Pantone), typography, graphic elements and patterns.
Brandbook
A PDF and Figma guide: what is allowed, what is not, and how to use the style across applications. Written for your team and contractors.
Applications
Business cards, presentations, documents, social media templates, packaging and merch. Files ready for print and launch.
Not a folder of files, a system
Ready files in every format you need, rules for your team and protection against a diluted brand.

Brand naming with checks
A good name passes three checks: strategic, linguistic and legal. A free domain does not mean a free trademark, and a name that sounds right in Russian may not be clear in Uzbek or English.
- 01
Strategy brief
Category, product, geography, who makes the choice and what associations you need. Plus words and promises to avoid, and future products, so the name does not become too narrow.
- 02
Meaning territories
We search by direction, not by random list: outcome, method, metaphor, origin, coined word. You get 15-30 options, each with a reason it fits.
- 03
RU/UZ/EN check
Pronunciation and stress, reading in Cyrillic and Latin, unwanted meanings and slang, abbreviations, how it sounds over the phone. Native speakers test the name in a real sentence.
- 04
Domains and social media
Primary domain and spelling variants, available account handles, existing companies with similar names, and the risk of confusion when dictated.
- 05
Trademarks
An initial search in the WIPO Global Brand Database and the registry of the Intellectual Property Agency of Uzbekistan for the relevant classes. Finalists go to a patent attorney.

Your brand in real life: print, merch, signage
An identity that stays in a PDF does not work. We prepare the applications right away and hand them to production, so you never have to explain the designer's intent to a new contractor.
Business cards, letterheads, menus, flyers and catalogs in your identity, with print-ready colors.
Printing →Merch
T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tote bags and gift boxes with your logo for the team and clients.
Branded merch →Signage
Your logo on the storefront, lightboxes and 3D letters: we check how the mark reads at large size.
Signage →Website
We carry the palette, fonts and graphics into the website design system so the style works on screen.
Website development →Social media
Post and story templates, avatars and covers. Account management in the same style.
SMM →Pages without an English version open in Russian.

What affects the cost of branding
A launch logo or a full brand platform with market research and interviews. The deeper the strategy, the more work before the first sketch.
A business card and an avatar, or 40 layouts: menus, packaging, signage, merch, templates. Each application is a separate layout.
A brand in RU, UZ and EN needs fonts with Cyrillic, Latin and Uzbek characters and a check of every piece of text.
A new name adds strategy, language and legal checks. We quote it separately.
It needs an audit of the current style and a transition plan: what changes now and what changes gradually.
Tight deadlines need more designers at once. Quick approvals save both time and budget.
Brands we have worked on
- Ventro: Positioning as an "IT project forge", a graphite visual system and brand graphics for a trilingual website.
- OneSwim: A visual system with a strong sporting character for a swimming platform in Uzbekistan: website and user account in one style.

- Papakha: A premium cafe presence built from scratch: print and online menus, food photography, one style across social media and maps.

Questions about branding
How much does branding cost in Tashkent?+
Simple branding costs 12.9M UZS: a logo in 2 concepts, palette, fonts, 3 applications and a social media style. Business costs 29.9M UZS: 3 concepts, brand identity, 8 applications, logo animation and a guideline of up to 20 pages. Custom starts at 49.9M UZS: audience research, brand platform, naming and a brandbook of up to 60 pages. Naming on its own costs 7.9M UZS.
How much does logo design cost?+
A logo in 3 concepts as a standalone service costs 9.9M UZS, and a redesign of an existing logo 5.9M UZS. If you also need a basic style and applications, the Simple package at 12.9M UZS is better value. Logo animation costs 1.9M UZS.
What is the difference between a logo and a brand identity?+
A logo is just the mark: it answers "how do people recognize you". A brand identity is the whole system around it: colors, fonts, graphics, patterns and templates for social media, menus, business cards and presentations. It answers "how does the whole business look".
What does a brandbook include and how much is it?+
A brandbook for an existing identity, up to 30 pages, costs 9.9M UZS. The Business package at 29.9M UZS includes a guideline of up to 20 pages, and Custom from 49.9M UZS a brandbook of up to 60 pages: logo and clear space, palette, typography, graphics, tone of voice, do and don't examples, plus source files. We list the files you should receive in our article "Brandbook: which files the client should get" (in Russian).
How long does branding take?+
Simple takes 2-3 weeks, Business 4-6 weeks and Custom 8-12 weeks. Timelines depend on the number of applications and how fast approvals happen, and are fixed in the contract.
Do you do naming? How do you check a name?+
Yes. We prepare 15-30 options across meaning territories and check pronunciation and meaning in Russian, Uzbek and English, reading in Cyrillic and Latin, domains and social handles. Finalists are checked in the WIPO database and the registry of the Intellectual Property Agency of Uzbekistan. Priced on quote after the brief.
Do you register trademarks?+
Registration is handled by patent attorneys, and we do not replace them. We run an initial trademark search, pass the finalists to an attorney and help prepare the materials. An initial search is a filter, not a guarantee of registration.
Do you do rebranding?+
Yes. We start with an audit of your current style and decide what to keep for recognition and what to replace. Then, depending on the task, a light restyle or a full rebuild with a transition plan across all applications. Our article "When you need a rebrand and when a refresh is enough" (in Russian) explains how to tell which one you need.
How many logo options and revisions do I get?+
At the concept stage we show 3 different directions, then refine the one you choose. Each stage includes 3 rounds of revisions. Minor edits after approval (color, caption size) are free for 90 days; a full redesign is a new project.
Will you prepare artwork for print, merch and signage?+
Yes. We prepare business cards, letterheads, menus, packaging, merch and signage in your identity with print-ready colors and hand them to production. Our own team builds the website and social media in the same style, so nothing gets lost along the way.
What do you need from us to start?+
A short brief: what the company does, who the clients and competitors are, what you like and dislike, where the brand will be used and your deadline. If you already have a brand, send the current logo and photos of your materials. A brief template is in our article "Branding brief for business" (in Russian).
How do payments and contracts work?+
We work under a contract with a legal entity in Uzbekistan, with prices in UZS. Payment is in stages: an advance at the start and the rest after each stage is accepted. Our office is in Tashkent: briefs and presentations can be held at our office, at yours or online.
