Outsourced marketing department and marketing analytics in Uzbekistan

Many companies have marketing but no system: ads run in several channels, leads are scattered across Telegram, Instagram and the phone, reports are pulled together by hand in Excel, and nobody can say for sure which channel brings in money. Putting the marketing department into a system fixes this: every role has a clear job, every channel has a KPI and you can follow every sum from ad spend to revenue.

We start with an audit. We review your ad accounts, website, analytics, CRM and reports, and talk to the owner and the team. You get a map of where money is lost and a 90-day plan. Then we either implement the plan ourselves or work alongside your team. If you need it, we take over marketing completely as an outsourced marketing department with strategy, channels, budget and reporting.

End-to-end analytics is the backbone. We connect GA4, Yandex Metrica, UTM tags, call tracking and your CRM into one dashboard, so spend, leads, deals and revenue are visible for each channel. Our end-to-end analytics page and the article "What end-to-end analytics is and why businesses in Uzbekistan need it" explain how it works (both in Russian). The first diagnostic call is free, and we quote the price after the audit.

Warning signs

When it is time to systematize marketing

If you recognize your company in at least two of these, start with an audit.

01

You cannot see which channel makes money

Ads run on Instagram, Google, Yandex and with bloggers, while budget decisions are made by gut feeling.

02

Leads get lost between ads and sales

Nobody knows whether a lead became a deal, for how much, or which campaign it came from.

03

Reports are built by hand

Every month, exports from ad accounts, the CRM and spreadsheets are merged manually: slow, error-prone and always late.

04

Reports show reach, not revenue

Your marketer or agency shows likes and impressions, and "what did we get for the budget" stays unanswered.

05

A budget without a plan

Marketing gets whatever money is left over, with no media plan and no target cost per customer.

06

Everything depends on one person

There are no written processes and the accounts are not in the company name: when a marketer or agency leaves, the knowledge and accounts leave too.

What's included

What a marketing system includes

Take the full package or individual blocks. We fix the exact scope in the quote after the audit.

01✓

Marketing audit

Channels, budgets, website, analytics, CRM and reports. We find where leads and money are lost and what to fix first.

02✓

Roles and KPIs

Who owns what: marketer, SMM, ads specialist, contractors and the sales team. Every role gets KPIs tied to revenue, not reach.

03✓

Processes

How tasks are set, content is approved, ads are launched and leads are handed to sales. We write the processes around your team.

04✓

Reporting

One report format: spend, leads, deals, revenue, plus CPL, CAC and ROMI by channel. A weekly and monthly meeting rhythm.

05✓

Budget planning

A media plan by channel and month, target cost per lead and per customer, and rules for moving money between channels.

06✓

End-to-end analytics

GA4, Yandex Metrica, UTM tagging, call tracking, CRM integration and a dashboard. You can follow the path from ad to payment.

07✓

Outsourced marketing

A turnkey marketing department: strategy, channel management, contractors, budget and reports. Take some functions or all of them.

08✓

Team training

We train your marketer and sales managers to work with the dashboard, UTM, CRM and processes, so the system keeps running without us.

FAQ

Questions about marketing systems

What does putting marketing into a system mean?+

It means running marketing as a managed system: every role has clear tasks and KPIs, there are written processes, a budget plan and one report, and end-to-end analytics shows how much money each channel brought in. The goal is to make decisions based on numbers, not feelings.

How much does an outsourced marketing department in Tashkent cost?+

We quote after the audit. The price depends on the number of channels, the state of your analytics and CRM, the size of your team and how much of the work you hand over to us. The first diagnostic call is free. For agency clients, end-to-end analytics is included in the service fee rather than sold as a separate subscription.

How does the work start?+

With a free diagnostic call or meeting about your goals, channels, budget and team. Then the audit: we review ad accounts, the website, analytics, CRM and reports, and talk to the owner and staff. The audit ends with a map of losses, a 90-day plan and a quote.

How is an outsourced marketing department different from an in-house marketer?+

An in-house marketer is solely responsible for strategy, ads, content and reports, so everything depends on one person. A turnkey marketing department gives you several specialists, working processes and analytics at once. You can combine both: keep your marketer and hand us analytics, processes and some of the channels.

We already have a marketer. Will you work with them?+

Yes, this is a common setup. We build the system: roles, KPIs, processes, dashboard and media plan, while your marketer keeps running the channels. We train them and your sales managers to work with reports, UTM and the CRM, so the system keeps working after the project ends.

What do you need to set up end-to-end analytics?+

Access to your ad accounts, the ability to add a script to your website and, if you have them, access to your CRM and telephony. We set up a basic dashboard in a day. Then we tag ads with UTM parameters, configure goals in GA4 and Yandex Metrica and link leads to deals in the CRM.

Does it work without a CRM?+

Yes. Leads and deals can be tracked right in the analytics system as a simple pipeline with deal amounts. If you get a lot of leads you will still need a CRM, and we implement it ourselves: Taska, Bitrix24 or AmoCRM.

How do you track phone calls?+

We connect static call tracking (one number per channel) right away. Dynamic number insertion works if you have telephony with virtual numbers in Uzbekistan: we will explain how to set it up and link calls to the CRM.

What KPIs do you set for a marketing department?+

KPIs tied to money: cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on marketing investment (ROMI), advertising cost of sales (ACoS) and conversion at each funnel stage. We set specific targets after the audit, once the baseline numbers are visible. In the outsourced format, KPIs are written into the contract.

We are leaving another agency. What happens to access and data?+

Ad accounts, analytics and the CRM should belong to your company, not to a contractor. We help you take over access, keep the history and rebuild reporting. There is a detailed checklist in our article on switching marketing agencies (in Russian).

Do you work under a contract?+

Yes. We work as TIPA AGENCY LLC under a contract in Uzbekistan. The contract fixes the scope, timelines, price and reporting procedure. Payment is in UZS to the company bank account.

Do you only work with companies in Tashkent?+

Our office is in Tashkent and most meetings happen here. We work with companies from other regions of Uzbekistan online: the audit, analytics setup and regular reports do not require being there in person.
